Personalized Welcome
Upon arrival, you and your pet will be greeted by one of our friendly staff members. We take the time to get to know your pet by name and any special preferences or needs they may have.
Facility Tours
Before your pet's stay, feel free to visit us for a tour of our facilities. We welcome tours Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM. You’ll see where your pet will eat, sleep, and play, ensuring you’re completely comfortable with their temporary home.
Individual Attention
Each pet at our facility enjoys their own personal space. We’re careful to maintain a safe distance between guests to ensure everyone's comfort and safety. Your pet’s area will be set up to meet your specifications, including any favorite toys or blankets from home to help them feel secure.
Customized Care Plan
Together, we’ll review your pet’s care plan, including feeding schedules, medication needs, and any special instructions to ensure they continue their regular routine as closely as possible.
Activity Packages and Playtimes
To keep your pet happy and engaged, we offer a variety of activity packages and playtimes to choose from. Whether your pet enjoys vigorous exercise or gentle play, we have options to suit every temperament and energy level.
Updates and Photos
We know being away from your furry friend can be tough, so we provide regular updates and photos (if included in your package to show you how much fun they’re having.

Our facility is proud to be veterinary-owned, with professional veterinary care onsite. This means your pet is in the safest hands, with access to immediate, top-notch health care at all times during their stay.
