Your Pet's Vacation Paradise
Dogs staying at The Palms enjoy clean, safe, and climate-controlled indoor areas. They are treated to a minimum of four potty and exercise breaks each day in safe and private outdoor yards. We specialize in Human Touch Boarding; with all interactions for feeding, water, potty breaks, cleaning, etc., our team members talk to and touch your dog. Each dog has the option of an off-the-floor, raised bed, or floor-level bedding.
Accommodation Details
Our Luxury Suites range from $82 to $104 depending on size. These suites offer additional privacy and a quieter area, with lighthearted doggie DVDs during the day and soothing music at other times.
Our Cabanas are $69 per night. These units are in dormitory rooms of 12-14 units each with tempered glass doors for visibility across the aisle and soothing music throughout the day. Various sizes are available to accommodate all sizes and multiple family groups. A special section of cabanas, Serenity Row, are reserved for geriatric and special needs pets.
Additional Dog Stay & Play Sessions
Additional dogs staying in the same unit receive a 25% discount, and there is an additional charge for certain holidays.
Boarding dogs can also sign up for PlayCare ($30) or individual 15-minute playtime sessions ($12), giving your pet the ideal amount of fun and personalized attention!
Our pricing includes feeding your food or ours, although yours is highly recommended, and giving medications and treats, including diabetic injections.

Special Needs
Please feel free to discuss any special requirements with us when you make your dog’s reservation, and we will do everything we can to meet your pet’s needs. Special needs that can be accommodated include:
- Medications
- Supplements
- Special meal preparation
- Extra feeding times
- Food, water, or treats from home
- Special handling
We recognize that some pets are a little more sensitive to boarding due to physical limitations, illness or age. This is why we have Serenity Row. Serenity Row is an area of boarding where we can more easily monitor and provide care for pets that may need a little peace and tranquility.
Check-In Checklist
As a reminder, please bring the following to check–in:
- A copy of your dog’s current vaccination records from a licensed veterinarian. We prefer to have this prior to check in but records can be dropped off, emailed or faxed.
- All medications should be labeled and will be administered at NO charge
- Emergency contact information
- If supplying your own food, please label bags or containers
- Your dog’s favorite toy or bed.

Dog Vaccination Requirements:
- Rabies—all dogs over 16 weeks
- DHLP—all dogs (2 rounds minimum for puppies 12 weeks and older)
- Bordetella—7 days prior to arriving if possible
- Canine Influenza (CIV)— plus booster covering the H3N2 and/or H3N8 strains
- PlayCare ONLY: Negative fecal within last 12 months
