Boarding Requirements

Our Boarding Requirements

We take the safety and comfort of all cats and dogs staying with us very seriously, so we ask that you adhere to our vaccination requirements.

We reserve the right to deny admittance to any pets lacking proof of vaccinations, and/or pets displaying signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions.

The minimum age for all services at The Palms is 12 weeks.

PROOF OF CURRENT VACCINATIONS BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN IS REQUIRED FOR ALL VISITS.

Boarding Reservation Request

Dog Vaccination Requirements:

Rabies—all dogs over 16 weeks
DHLP—all dogs (2 rounds minimum for puppies 12 weeks and older)
Bordetella—7 days prior to arriving if possible
Canine Influenza (CIV)— plus booster covering the H3N2 and/or H3N8 strains
PlayCare ONLY: Negative fecal within last 12 months

Cat Vaccination Requirements:

Rabies—all cats over 16 weeks
FVRCP—all cats
FeLV—recommended

Special Services

Play Time/One-on-One Sessions: 15 minute one on one play session with a certified staff member; $12 per pet, $6 each additional pet(s) from same family sharing playtime.

Check-Out Time is 12:00 Noon Monday through Saturday: Additional day boarding charged after 12 p.m. unless your pet is bathed or groomed on final day of boarding. Pre-paid and scheduled departures only on Sunday from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m., full day boarding charge applies.
