JULY 19, 2017 - CANINE INFLUENZA VIRUS  There have been confirmed cases in Bexar county as well as other areas of Texas and the United States. Effective August 1 we will require H3N2 and H3N8 vaccination for all dogs coming to our facility for services of any kind. We recommend all dogs be vaccinated prior to visits to any other boarding, grooming, daycare, or training facilities, as well as any visits to dog parks, retail stores, or dog shows.

There is a vaccine available that covers the H3N2 and H3N8 strains. We ask that you consult with your veterinarian as soon as possible.

KENNEL COUGH  There have also been confirmed cases of kennel cough throughout the greater San Antonio area recently. We require the Bordetella vaccine every 6 months and ask that your dog(s) be vaccinated for it at least 7 days prior to arriving for any services.

Just a reminder - we are still not opening any email attachments. If you need to send us updated vaccinations please have your vet fax them to us at 210-695-1578. You may also bring a hard copy by ahead of time.
Thank You and we apologize for the inconvenience.
